We currently ship across India.

We don’t offer international shipping by default, but we’re happy to help!.
However, if you would like your order shipped outside India, please email us at support@busybrainstoys.com with:

  • Product details
  • Delivery country & postal code

Our team will check feasibility and share shipping charges and timelines.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Non-Metro / Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–6 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • ✅ FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders
  • 💰 ₹49 charge for Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available.
  • An additional COD fee of ₹49 may apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking link via whatsapp and/or email
  • Real-time updates from our delivery partner

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

To ensure smooth delivery:

  • Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address
  • Include a reachable phone number at checkout

Busy Brains is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeline:

In rare cases of lost shipments, we will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
