If your child doesn’t enjoy the activity binder, simply let us know within 3 days of delivery and we’ll help you with a smooth return process.

🔁 Easy Return Process
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 3 days from the date of delivery.
To initiate a return:

📌 Mention your Order Number
📸 Share clear photos and a short video of the product condition
Our team will respond within 24 working hours with further instructions.
📦 Return Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused
- All pieces must be intact and complete
- No folding, tearing, stains, or damage
- Original packaging must be available
Since our activity binders are laminated and reusable, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used, damaged, or have missing pieces.
💰 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be transferred to your bank account (bank details required)
Refunds are initiated only after product inspection and approval.
